OUR VISION

We are committed to enabling and empowering individuals through a reduction in restrictive intervention practices. This is achieved by our highly skilled specialist teams, carefully hand-selected to meet your unique needs.

The support we provide is designed to help you regain control of your life, guided by robust Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans. These plans are collaboratively agreed upon, regularly reviewed, and closely monitored to ensure ongoing progress and success.

Our team includes fully licensed regional safeguarding leads for both adults and young children, as well as certified PROACT-SCIPr-UK instructors. Accredited by the Loddon Consultancy Group and aligned with the principles of the Restraint Reduction Network, of which we are proud members, we ensure our approach reflects the highest standards of care and safety.
