As an independent Dual regulated registered company, Kind Tailored Care operate in the community to provide professional care and treatment for those who need personal care support and mental health welfare checks.

We supply experienced workers and specialist practitioners to enable you or your loved ones to have high quality care provided to them that is tailored to meet their needs and wishes. All initial assessments are free of charge.

Our vision is to enable and empower transitional support from hospital settings back into the community with highly skilled specialist teams as a long-term goal to support Wales and England with the transforming care programe to build the right support, social circles and friendship groups that is tailored.

With our Neurodiversity advocates on hand, Kind Tailored Care are available to support with any needs that you or your loved one may require support with.

Learning Disabilities

Learning disabilities affect the way loved ones can learn things throughout their life. No two learning disabilities are the same. This however does not limit our loved ones, as we can provide full support for them to enjoy their life to the fullest.

Autism

We have expert by experience within the organisation to support your needs and wishes as we respect that everyone is Unique. Autism is a spectrum, therefore those who may have autism differ from one another and we pride ourselves on understanding you, to support you better.

Challenging/Distressed Behaviors

We understand how our loved ones may display distressed behavior's if they are struggling to communicate when their needs aren't being met. We use positive behavioral support principles to nurture and support.

Complex Care

Complex Care allows us to support loved ones in improving health and well being by being person centred and Heart-Led. We strive for our loved ones to lead independent and active lives with the support of our friendly specialists.

Dementia

Dementia is an umbrella term used to describe a variety of progressive illnesses that affect the brain. Dementia stops the brain cells from working in specific areas which can affect speech, memory, and the ability to think. We are regulated within Wales to offer our senior citizens over 65 years with specialist tailored Dementia care packages.
